What Will Education Be Like At Nisichawayasihk From 2021-2061? (Former NNCEA Students)
Tanisi! I’m very glad you have set aside some of your precious time to participate in this survey. Your input is so important! The purpose of this research project, as led by NNOC high school students, in partnership with the NNCEA, Nisichawayasihk Cree Nation, and Teach For Canada, is to gather information from various educational stakeholders in our community, at this point in time, on what they would like our education system to be like in the next forty years, 2021-2061. The research report could serve as a guide for the future. It may seem far off but it goes by quickly.

Your participation in the study is completely voluntary and you can stop participating in the survey at any time if you so decide. All information you supply during this survey will be held in confidence, and unless you specifically indicate your consent, your name will not appear in any report or publication of the research.

As a token of our appreciation, you can submit your name at the end of this survey to be entered into a draw to win a surprise gift when we’re finished our data collection!

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Gail Gossfeld-McDonald at (204) 484-2095 or Sherene Whyte at (204) 484-2602.
