Player applications:
Please note that the sign-up procedure will NOT follow a "first come, first served" principle. The teams will be built by the tournament committee with consideration to skill level, gender etc. in order to ensure diversity within teams and parity between teams.
The main wave of sign-ups closes on 13th April.
You will receive an email on 1st May telling you whether you have received a spot in the tournament or are on the waiting list.
If you decide to sign up after 13th April, no worries! You will still be added to our waiting list. Should spots become available, we will reach out to you.
Registration fee: 38€
If you're accepted for the tournament as a player, you'll get - among other information - the all-important payment information in the email on 1st May.
Volunteer applications:
If you'd rather not participate as a player in the tournament you can join us as a non-playing volunteer (thank you kindly for your time!). We always welcome those who wish to referee, assist, or volunteer in any other capacity at our event. In this case no fee is required and we will offer you a free hosting spot.
Image and personal data information:
Please be aware that photographers and videographers will be capturing the essence of Vanguards Infinity. By completing this form, you acknowledge the possibility of videos and pictures being taken of you. Images and videos may appear on social media and in press related to Vanguards Infinity or the sport in general. If you wish for any picture or video posted by the organising team to be removed, please send us a message to tournaments@viennavanguards.com and we'll address it as soon as possible.
