I am writing this letter to express opposition of permit application # FLAB07018-003 for Jennigirl, LLC, or American Bioclean, Inc., and Laurence "Larry" Downes, to apply class B biosolids at the proposed site at Old Highway 17 in south Putnam County, Florida. Please protect our environment from pollutants caused by intensive agricultural practices and do not authorize permitting for this vulnerable site. Here is a list of my concerns:

I would like to object to the permit for application # FLAB07018-003 for the land application of biosolids proposed to be located at Latitude 29 degrees , 28 minutes , 17 .34 seconds and Longitude -81 degrees, 33 minutes, 3.92 seconds.

I am writing to oppose permit application # FLAB07018-003 for Jennigirl, LLC, or American Bioclean, Inc., and Lawrence "Larry" Downes, for authorization to apply biosolids south Putnam County, Florida. St. Johns River Water Management District has identified non-compliance for unauthorized activities in wetlands [62-330.020(2)(a), F.A.C.] at the property located on parcel 10-12-27-0000-0080-0000 in Putnam County (Item Number: 1425586). The owner’s Volusia County property has also been found in violation by the Department of Environmental Protection for dredging and filling wetlands (OGC FILE NO. 17-0938). Because of this and the fact that Crescent Lake is already on the EPA's 303(d) Clean Water Act listing of impaired waters, and feeds into Dunns Creek and the St. Johns River, this location is not fit for such activity.
