Please fill out this form to apply for one of 20 spots in the 20 Women in 2020 Photo Series.

This series is a celebration of who we are as women, what we are struggling with, overcoming, and have achieved through our many experiences. The series will culminate in an event in late March - date TBD, complete with vendors, prizes and a reveal of my chosen favorite image from each shoot, shown as a large print in an art show.

What you are applying for:
 - A unique portrait session including an event to celebrate your story with the other 19 women.
 - A reveal session of most of your images (minus the one image I choose for the event).
 - A 30% discount on print pricing for your session.
 - Two complimentary tickets to the final event plus 1 complimentary beverage per person.

Cost to you:
 - $249 session fee to include professional makeup and light hair styling
 - $199 session fee for "come as you are"
Session fee is due at the time of booking your date.

What you will need to agree to:
 - Participate in your session wholeheartedly.
 - Sign a model release allowing me to utilize your likeness in both video and images for promotional usage online and at this event.
 - Record a video testimonial after your session

Additional ways you can help:
 - Volunteer an hour of your time to help with the event itself (setup, ticket sales, raffle table, directing vendors, etc.)
 - Promotion of the event to your friends, relatives, and anyone that should be celebrating you!

Most sessions will take place in my studio, but sometimes we will do location sessions depending on how we design your session.
