It is mandatory to have a reason for absence documented in our official children's attendance records as required by public health and the ministry of education. Please fill out in its entirety with explicit details explaining the reason for absence for our permanent records. Please indicate all symptoms. Please notify the WCP as early as possible on the day they are unable to attend.  Children are not to attend will ill symptoms and cannot be medicated to mask symptoms.
