Salute to the Class of 2021 Caravan Registration for Participation
Graduating from high school can be one of life's most memorable and rewarding milestones. This year, COVID 19 changed our way of life, including large gatherings and ceremonies such as high school graduations. Southfield Public Schools and the City of Southfield have come together to celebrate our seniors with a parade through the city. This celebratory event will allow residents, community partners, family members, and friends of our graduates to practice social distancing while honoring the accomplishments of our seniors.
Each vehicle can be decorated to represent the Class of 2021 and the senior high school: Kennedy Learning Center, Southfield High School for the Arts & Technology, Southfield Regional Academic Campus, or University High School Academy. Parents/guardians must register in advance to participate in this ceremony and serve as the designated driver. Submission of the following survey and adherence to the requirements thereof completes the registration process for participation in the "Salute to the Class of 2021 Caravan", which will occur on June 18, 2021, at Hope United Methodist Church, 26275 Northwestern Hwy, Southfield, MI. We are asking students to arrive by 1:15 p.m. The church is located between Lahser and Northwestern Hwy and off Civic Center. Please enter the parking lot from the Northwestern (service drive side).
Vehicles will be directed once they come to the rear of the building. We will be leaving at 2:00 p.m., rain or shine.
