Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer for the Wildlife Ambassador Program!

Ambassador volunteers' primary role is to function as educators in order to inspire people to respect and value wildlife and the environment.

The Ambassador volunteers at WildCare:
○ Help educate the public on-site at WildCare and off-site
○ Assist in the care of WildCare's Ambassador animals
○ Learn about handling, enrichment, and training techniques

Requirements:
○ Must be 18 or older
○ Must be able to commit to one 4-hour shift per week at our facility in San Rafael, CA
○ Must be amenable to regular email communication
○ Must be able to regularly attend Volunteer meetings (approximately once every 6-8 weeks)

Please note that this will likely be a competitive process; we anticipate receiving many applications. A good match for our program is more important to us than prior wildlife experience. *Completing this questionnaire is not a guarantee of acceptance as an Ambassador Program Volunteer.*
