Helen Gilbert Leadership Scholarship Application
Helen Gilbert served University of Central Missouri as the Director of the University Union and later became Director of Student Activities. During her tenure at Central, she had a strong interest in the development of student leaders and has established this scholarship as a way to honor outstanding individuals in the area of campus and community leadership. The Helen Gilbert Leadership Scholarship provides a $500.00 scholarship to an undergraduate student who will be returning to the University of Central Missouri for the fall semester following her/his selection. Applications are due by 5:00 PM on Friday April 2, 2021. This award will be presented at the Student Leadership Reception, Wednesday, April 14, 2021.

ELIGIBILITY:

- Student must be a Junior at the time of the application with a minimum of two semesters remaining until graduation
- Attend the University of Central Missouri for the fall semester following selection.
- Possess a GPA of 2.7 or better.
- Show a dedication to leadership in the area of campus/community involvement .
- Display leadership in campus organizations.
