Inclusive wellbeing
Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey as part of our research project.

We aim to empower and enhance the quality of life for disabled people, enabling them to thrive and experience wellbeing in every aspect of their lives. Regardless of age, ability, ethnicity or income, wellbeing should be inclusive and accessible to all. Through our diverse range of services, including our online wellbeing community platform and training and toolkits for wellbeing organisations, we aim to inspire positive change and create a true community.

The wellbeing world can feel exclusive and unwelcoming to those who are disabled and it’s not entirely inclusive of the various needs of the community. But we don't deserve to be counted out.

Your responses will inform decision-making and improve our services. Your responses will be aggregated and anonymised, ensuring that individual identities are not disclosed. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us.
We sincerely appreciate your time and thoughtful responses. Your valuable input is crucial to the success of our research.
