Please complete this form to request a locker to be used for the 20-21 school year. Lockers will only be assigned to students who complete this form.

Due to health & safety protocol, the sole purpose for a locker this year is for storage of winter apparel items; backpacks, lunch boxes, books, and other items will not be allowed.

When arriving at school, students must go directly to their locker, places their items, and continue to their classroom; students may not linger near lockers.

When dismissed from school, students must go directly to their locker, retrieve their items, and leave the building; students may not linger near lockers.

Students should not access lockers during the school day.

Lockers handles will not be individually cleaned.

We will be assigning every other locker and will work to be cognizant of A/B day assignments to space out students. We will primarily utilize locker bays to minimize locker use in our main hallways and to reduce congestion.

Students who are siblings or who live in the same household, may request to share a locker.

Once a locker is assigned, the locker number and combination will be available for students and parents to view in Campus Portal. Lockers will be assigned as the requests are submitted. Please allow 3-4 days for processing.
