Berus in the Woods: Traveling Program Request Form
Educators - Thank you for your interest in bringing the Traveling Program of "Berus in the Woods" featuring wind quintet, Quintocracy and Electric City Puppets to your school or organization!

To reserve a slot, please fill out this form and submit. Upon receiving your request, the Director of Education & Outreach, Jessica Bowen will reach out to confirm your date. NOTE: Dates will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis, so make your reservation early!

Note: Troy Music Hall can and will provide all technical requirements (microphone, mic stands, PA, music stands) where necessary. If your organization would like to provide sound, lighting, etc. please list below!

Please Mark whether you will have sound personnel on site (TMH will send a stage plot as well as tech requirements to school contact), OR if TMH should prepare to provide all tech needs
