The Lakeview Elementary PTA is a proud recipient of the National PTA Healthy Minds, sponsored by the New York Life Foundation and the Allstate Foundation Grant. As a grant recipient, we will be focusing on sharing resources based on the needs of our community. Please help us do this by completing this short survey that will be used to guide our efforts.
