Puppy Application for Grace Springs Goldendoodles

Thank you for taking the time to fill out this application. This helps us get to know you better and how we can best support you on your puppy adoption adventure. There is no fee or any commitment required in order to submit an application.

After submitting this form, if we both agree to move forward, we will request a reservation fee of $400 to hold your place in line or hold the puppy you’ve chosen until adoption day. This fee is subtracted from the total amount due. You may pay this fee whenever you are ready. Please keep in mind that puppies are chosen in the order of payments received and we can not hold a puppy for you without a reservation fee. 

Puppies are chosen after their vet check at 6 weeks old. Please keep in mind that puppies develop rapidly and therefore their appearance and temperaments are subject to change over time. We will always give you our honest assessment of potential size, coat, temperament etc. but we can in no way guarantee they will turn out exactly as predicted. We believe in allowing our puppy parents to choose their own puppies with our guidance as to which puppy might suit your family’s needs best. Some breeders assign their puppies and the owners don’t get a vote, but we know that sometimes there is a bond between human and animal that can not be quantified. If you submit your application after the initial selections have been made, you can choose the puppy you want after paying the reservation fee and we will hold that puppy for you until adoption day when they are 8 weeks old. The remainder of your balance is due before you may take your puppy home.
