Welcome to Part 1. This first survey focuses on your personal likes and dislikes, positive and negative attributes that influence decision making. The things we like to do or do well usually get done, the rest is driven by crisis. Please be as honest as you can when reviewing the following statements. Finding Your True North
The Achievement Orientation
Describes how Business Owners perceive and respond to achievement situations such as dealing with sales, production, talent, or financial challenges.

The Planning Orientation
Describes how Business Owners think and act about the activities required to achieve a desired goal. It involves the creation and maintenance of both the business and operational plan.
