Hawea Urban Intensification
HCA is seeking feedback regarding the current proposal to intensify the recently rezoned land south of Cemetery Road. This could involve an additional 1040 lots to the 3100 recently zoned lots. If accepted, this will allow the minimum lot size to in low density residential to be reduced from 450m2 to 300m2 as well as increases to maximum build heights in low and medium density areas.
