Registering for an eCard allows you to access our digital collection through the Tennessee READS program using the free Libby app. Please fill out and submit the form below.

Although this card does not allow you to check out physical materials from the library (books, movies, audiobooks, etc.) or use our public computers, you will have free unrestricted access to thousands of ebooks, magazines, audiobooks, and streaming videos using your smartphone, tablet, eReader, or computer.  If you are registering for a child 18 and under, it is the parent/guardian’s sole responsibility, not the library staff, to approve the content that their child is reading/viewing.

Once your registration form is processed, we will email you with your card number.  Please allow up to 2 business days to process your form. Please be sure to enter a valid email address and phone number or your eCard will not function correctly.  An eCard will not be issued if you currently have a full-access library card.

To update to a full-service library card to include checking out physical materials, you must come to the library and present current photo identification and proof of current address. To keep your account current, your library card account will need to be updated every year and you will be asked to verify your contact information.
