Questions for Coaches of Sports Teams

What sport do you coach?
What country is your team based in?
Do you assign sessions to players in off-season, down periods or throughout the season, for players to complete?
If so, what type of sessions (i.e Cardio, Strength & Conditioning, Mobility)?
How do you currently assign or track these workouts? For example, whether or not they are done, or at what intensity?
Do you currently use any metrics or KPIs to track player fitness?
Do you use any tools or technologies to manage your team? If so, what?
Does an app that allows you to assign workouts, monitor player completion (if they are done) and analyse performance data, sound like something your team could/would use?
