Important Pricing Information: Our tuition uses a sliding scale based on personal income. We want to ensure that our courses are accessible to women with diverse means. When you register, please choose the Basic Tuition, Medium, or Higher Tuition for the Retreat. Whichever tuition level you choose is purely your choice, based on your perceived income. If you want to ensure you're booking at the current prices please book soon. Tuition: To confirm your space and room a $500 deposit is due upon registration. All payments for tuition and meals are made through Carol. Check, PayPal, or credit card accepted.   Full Payment due on May 4, 2022. Tuition includes all 5 breakfast, 5 lunches, 2 dinners (Opening and Closing). In order to ensure a safe and healthy Retreat, you must be vaccinated. Thank you!

Registration Deposit: A $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to hold your space upon registration. The final payment is due by May 4, 2020. For late registration, full payment will be due upon registering.

Program Tuition: Includes the cost of all instruction, 12 meals, and program activities over the 5-day retreat.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations, before April 20th, we will refund all of your payments except the deposit. For cancellations between April 20th and May 4th, THERE IS NO REFUND; however, we will credit any payments over the deposit to our next Hands-On Retreats workshop in 2023. For cancellation after May 4th, 2022 there is NO REFUND AND NO CREDIT; however, retreat fees may be transferred to another person.

Registration Note: Upon registration, Carol Prentice will contact you to confirm receiving your registration. She will then take your $500 deposit and will assist with defining your accommodation and transportation requirements.

Credit Card Fee: A 3.5 % fee will be added to each credit card transaction.

Transportation: If you are flying into LAX or other local airports (Santa Barbara or Ventura) options are renting a car or ask Carol about other transportation companies available.

Ojai Retreat & Inn: https://ojairetreat.com  This is a lovely Inn that sits on a hilltop that is right down the street from me. 

Blue Iguana Inn: https://www.blueiguanainn.com. Is a Bohemian boutique Inn with a lot of charm.  It is about a 5-minute drive to my house

Emerald Iguana Inn: https://www.emeraldiguana.com/  Is the sister to the Blue Iguana Inn and is just as charming. About a 10-minute drive to my house.

There are many other Hotels and Inns in the area as well as Airbnb. Please feel free to contact me with any questions about accommodations. I have reserved a few rooms in various places if you cannot find what you're looking for.

Please book your rooms early as the Memorial Day Weekend can be a busy time in Ojai.
