In our efforts to meet the needs of our clients, and become more environmentally green, we are now offering electronic delivery of your information and documents in electronic paperless form through our secure client portal in the documents section.  The documents available electronically through the secure portal will include, but are not limited to, our disclosure documents, correspondence, quarterly portfolio reports, and our Privacy Notice. The portal will only be available to clients that activate their account.  The portal will be set up so that spouses will have access to information regarding their own and each other's accounts under our management.  If you do not wish to share information about your account(s) with your spouse, please contact us.  Additional information regarding accessing the portal will be sent to clients that elect to receive documents electronically.

Please indicate below if you would like to receive your documents from us by electronic delivery though email, by web site or other internet postings such as the portal.  By consenting to the electronic delivery of information relating to your account, you authorize us to deliver all communications by email at the email addresses listed below and/or through the portal. You retain the right to request information required to be provided by law in hardcopy and such request would not be a revocation of the authorization to receive information electronically.
