End of the Year Picnic Order Form
The HNR School District end of the year picnic will be held on Thursday, June 8th starting at 11:45 am at both buildings.  This year to thank all of our amazing families, the school is covering the cost for lunch, BUT we are encouraging families to donate to our Playground Fundraiser instead.  We are getting close to hitting our goal with the Modern Woodman match donor and the deadline is coming.  We could use your help to reach the goal!  Please use the QR code below to make that donation.  

Secondly, to plan for the correct amount of food, we need ALL families to fill out the form below with the number of people that will be attending the picnic and eating lunch.  Please make sure and include all family members and students in your count to keep things accurate.  Any questions, feel free to call either office.
