This is the application for one of the Scholarship Spots at the Being Me retreat. Only fill it in if you're serious about coming. Any information you share here is just for Eva to review your application and won't be shared anywhere. After the retreat the information shared will be thrown away.

The retreat is happening outside of Stockholm, Sweden on May 29 - June 3. Would you be able to travel there for that time at your own expense? (Shared transportation from Arlanda airport to the venue will be arranged at your own expense.) If you're not sure yet, look this up and come back and finish this application when you know you can make it. *

The Scholarship Spot is being offered at 60% at the regular price, meaning $1200 (USD) for double room and $1400 for single room. Payment could be made in full on signup, in 2 payments or as 5 payments of $240 (double room) or $280 (single room). First payment made in May and then one each following month. Are you able to commit to any of the payment options above? *
