EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: The cost of the exam and discussion is $20.00 per person (+$5 for each extra family member taking the exam), and all proceeds will be going to the temple. Please send the fee either to the temple's PayPal (linked below) or through a check written to the Hindu Samaj Mandir (Mahwah) specifying that it is for the SAT. This should be submitted up to two days after the submission of this registration form (although, submitting it with the registration form is preferred).
