Certification: I certify that the information contained in this application is true and correct. I understand Routes to Art (RTA) is a juried show and that I may not be accepted. I understand that falsification in the above may result in disqualification from membership in RTA and the forfeiture of any/all materials pertaining to said program. If accepted, I agree to be in my studio for all dates and times of open studio weekend and act as a representative of my own work. I understand the importance of being in my studio. If an emergency rises, I will make sure my studio is staffed in my absence. If accepted, I understand that my participating in RTA may be terminated at any time at the discretion of the Tri-County Arts Council without cause, and in writing. Should my participation be terminated at the opinion of Tri-County Arts or at the opinion of myself I shall have no other recourse in equity or at the law. I understand that in consideration of printing, advertising and other materials requiring correction once my membership has ended, Tri-County Arts will retain my full fees as liquidated damages. All accepted artist's images will be held as part of the Tri-County Arts database. All images must be released for reproduction in all media for RTA. I have read the specifications for digital images and I understand that if the digital images do not meet the quality required by Tri-County Arts, I will need to work with Tri-County Arts to improve the quality for marketing use. I understand that I am required to ask visitors to sign in during the open studio weekend and I will send those forms and feedback to Tri-County Arts by the requested deadline. I understand that Tri-County Arts is not carrying insurance to cover events that happen during RTA including injury, damage, or any other type of calamity. I agree to hold harmless Tri-County Arts, its staff, officers, directors and volunteers from any and all claims, actions, demands, or other proceedings for any actual or alleged injury to persons or damage to property for any reason whatsoever and/or arising out of any act or omission of myself, and my premise. *
