Hello, group leaders. We appreciate you and your support of private Christian homeschooling in California. This questionnaire aims to find out how you are doing and what you need to help lead your groups in the coming years. Thank you for taking the time to fill out this questionnaire.

If you have more than one leader in your group, please have everyone on your leadership team fill it out.

Everyone who fills out the questionnaire will be entered in a drawing to win a $25 Amazon gift card. (Drawing will take place on 2/21/24.)
