Holliston Extended Day - New Family Registration 2020-21
Please complete this information to begin your registration process.  We anticipate that all applications received before April 1st will be accepted.  You will receive a confirmation of your acceptance and schedule during early April.  You can make changes in your schedule until April 30, 2020.    Please note: there is a $50.00 registration processing fee which will be due when your child is accepted to the program.

NOTE (August 2021): Unfortunately, things do not always work out as expected.  As many businesses are experiencing, we are having a very difficult time hiring staff for the 2021-22 school year.  The rising pandemic numbers have also caused changes in the COVID protocols for the district and unfortunately these changes affect our spaces.  Consequently, we can no longer accept any additional students at this time.  Please fill out the application to get on the waitlist.  --Carol

This is the 80-minute program between the end of Miller and the end of Placentino.  NOTE:  Many families have mentioned that they ONLY want this program if their Miller student is able to ride the Placentino busses.  If you sign up now and check "ONLY IF BUSSING IS APPROVED", you will be allowed to drop the program if bussing does not come through.
