Registration

Youth can register as Individuals, on a team or NOT on a team, Junior or Senior. Teams can have 3-5 members. We recommend that you have more than 3 members on a team, just in case you have a no show member that day. Juniors are ages 8-13, Seniors are ages 14-18, as of January 1, 2019. Youth younger than 8 are not eligible to participate in the Regional or State Tournaments.

Please think about how you register your youth. There will be no changes after you submit this registration. If any part of this form does not apply, fill in with "N/A." If it is discovered that anything on this registration is not answered truthfully, the registration may be cancelled and youth will not be able to participate. Registration must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 2, 2019. Registrations can be mailed to the address listed below or faxed to 910-875-9044, Attn: Cathy James. NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. An email verification will be sent to the person completing the registration and the 4-H Agent. Amount due will be included in the email. Purpose

To promote positive youth development in a SAFE and FUN competitive setting, using 4-H Target Shooting Sports as a tool.

Lodging

Lodging is available through Millstone 4-H Center - Phone: 910-652-5905 or contact Keith Russell at 336-409-2336. He may also have space available for campers/motor homes. There will be limited space available at DeWitt's.

Food

We are working on a food vendor through DeWitt's.

Other Details

-In the interest of the competitors and their families, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
-Participants will provide their own ammunition.
-Participants are responsible for knowing and following all event and safety rules.
-This event is operating under the NC 4-H Code of Conduct disciplinary procedures.
-Each county needs to furnish volunteers that would be willing to assist at the range with scoring, paperwork, etc.

Tournament Schedule

Check-in: 7:00 a.m. at the Scoring Building (County representative needs to check-in group - Volunteers also need to check-in to receive lunch tickets)

Opening Ceremony: 7:45 a.m.

Competition Starts: 8:00 a.m.

Morning: Junior Shotgun, Senior Rifle
Afternoon: Senior Shotgun, Junior Rifle

Awards: will begin 1 hour after ALL scores are turned into Scoring
