Booking: Once your application has been acknowledged and availability confirmed, you will be asked to confirm your place with payment in full.

For online courses, a recording can be sent to participants who are unable to attend on the day.  

Refunds:  Cancellation made at least four weeks before the start of the course will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refund due for cancellations made within 28 days of the beginning of the course.  

Coronavirus update: a full refund (minus admin costs) will be offered on face-to-face workshops in the case of renewed lockdown causing inability to travel, or if a participant tests positive for Covid-19 symptoms.
