All data is stored in a password protected electronic format.  Some personal information (name, email, employer/affiliation) is requested (but optional) to enable appropriate stakeholder representation and to guide future contact activities.  All study data will only be accessible to the study team and will be used exclusively for scholarly purposes. The results will be reported in a way that makes it impossible to identify individual respondents.
