2019 - 20 Chatfield Flag Football Registration
Please complete form below and send in or drop off payment of $45 (with checks made payable to The Chatfield School).  

All student-athletes participating in athletics at Chatfield will be required to have a sports physical on file for the 2019-2020 school year.  

All flag football games begin at 4:30 p.m. (on Tuesdays/Thursdays) in September and October.   All players will need white football (or baseball) pants without any stripes for the games during the season.  Mouth guards will also be required for participation in the sport.  If the participant doesn’t have one, they will be provided “one” for the season by the athletic department.
