I have decided to launch a personalized coaching program targeted at 2 groups of people
1) Women with a hormone disorder
2) Women who struggle to lose weight
The aim of the program:
1) Balance your hormones
2) Relearn food and nutrition
3) Sustainable fat loss
4) Raise your metabolism
The coaching program will include:
1) Getting a brief history of your struggles/ medications that you may be taking/ any other problems that you may be facing
2) Getting a sense of your lifestyle (eating habits/ sleeping patterns/ activity level/ work)
3) Tailoring a meal plans and a new lifestyle according to your current lifestyle (I need to work with you one on one so that the lifestyle is sustainable for you and you are less likely to fall off or give up)
4) Supplements that you may want to consider to purchase that are available in the country you reside in
5)Homework ( yes you have to put in the effort in order to make this work)
The coaching program will commence Mid June and for best results or to see progression, you may need to follow up monthly until you feel you are comfortable with the lifestyle and are able to do this on your own or have seen some progress.
