We are thrilled to invite you to participate in the 4th Annual Midlands Vinyl Gala, taking place at the Medallion Conference Center in Columbia, SC, June 27-28, 2025. This event is a unique opportunity for vendors to showcase their products to a diverse audience of collectors and crafters.

As a vendor, your application will be meticulously reviewed by our dedicated admin team to ensure a balanced and diverse marketplace. To maintain the quality and variety of the event, we limit the number of vendors to no more than 3 per category. Additionally, we have reached our capacity for vinyl and epoxy vendors, and no further applications in these categories will be approved.

Approved vendors will receive 3 vendor passes, allowing for ample support and assistance at your booth throughout the event. This ensures that you can engage with attendees effectively and provide a great customer experience.

Please note that vendors are responsible for supplying their own table linens, extension cords, surge protectors, and any additional tables and product displays required for their booth setup. This will help maintain a professional and consistent appearance across the event.
