A 5-year-old girl is brought in for a new rash that appeared on her chest about 6 weeks ago and has since spread to her back. She is otherwise healthy. Physical examination reveals the presence of several 3- to 5-mm, flesh-colored, dome-shaped papules, many of which have central umbilication. See figure below. What is the management?
