About the class:
Embrace your power and embark on a journey of self-discovery, pleasure and fun through BDSM. Together, we'll explore the transformative potential of this relational practice. Learn about the core principles of consent, negotiation, boundaries and power dynamics in BDSM relationships, party etiquette, and different ways to play.

This class is open exclusively to QTIBIPOC individuals who are interested in exploring BDSM in a supportive and affirming space. No prior experience is necessary—just an open mind and a desire to learn, grow, and connect. This class is designed for all QTIBIPOC, roles, body types and dynamics. Class will be lecture based with lots of interactive time for attendees and opportunity for Q & A.

*QTIBIPOC stands for Queer, Trans, Intersex, Black, Indigenous, People Of Color. For our events, this means you must fulfill one of the identifiers from both the QTI and the BIPOC identities. White-passing queer people of color aren’t QTIBIPOC though how an individual identifies is not policed by Obsidian Leadership. For more information: Obsidian Community Guidelines

Our spaces are DRY in order to reorient our focus toward consent and play. The venue does not allow drugs or alcohol. The parking lot will be available for smoking, though attendees must cover up (it is a public lot) and no play is allowed in this area.
