Before accessing the facilities at Mulligans Arcade & Tavern, we kindly ask all guests to read and sign the following liability waiver.

Liability Waiver:

I, hereby acknowledge and agree that my use of Mulligans Arcade & Tavern facilities is entirely at my own risk. By signing this waiver, I understand that I am assuming all risks and liabilities associated with my participation.

I understand and agree that Mulligans Arcade & Tavern, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur as a result of my use of golf balls, golf clubs, golf tees, axes, or axe equipment during any activities on the premises.

Furthermore, I agree to abide by all rules, safety guidelines and instructions provided by Mulligans Arcade & Tavern staff during my visit. I understand that failure to do so may result in the termination of my access to the facilities.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Mulligans Arcade & Tavern, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or any member of my party while using Mulligans Arcade & Tavern facilities.
