Registration for Run Read Rock Program
Run, Read, and Rock!  This school program has been designed to promote the “endurance” of literacy, fitness, and character for Davis students. Students will be encouraged to set running goals, embrace the love of reading, and develop a sense of integrity through character building lessons. Participants will earn rewards as they attain their goals in these domains.  My hope is that the program will serve as a catapult to help participants soar to their fullest potential as leaders of the 21st Century. We will show our P.E.P.! Purpose, Endurance, and Perseverance!
Materials: Students will be provided with a Running, Reading, and Character Journal to monitor their progress.   Three domains of Reading, Running, and “Rocking Character” will support the broader mission of being a self-determined citizen through healthy habits. The brain and body connection will set the tone for life-long learning within Centennial School District.  A healthy snack and water will be provided each week.
