Contractor Agreement/Engagement Letter *

Thank you for engaging us as your CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) Agents. Sarah Warden will be your main point of contact and will have primary responsibility for this assignment. This letter and the firm’s standard terms and conditions set out the basis on which we will act.

We are acting for you only. Where you would like us to act for anyone else we will issue a separate engagement letter to them. Please send us the agent authorisation code which HMRC will send you as soon as you receive it. This code will enable us to register as your agent with HMRC.

For the avoidance of doubt you are the nominated person and first point of contact. If there are any changes to the nominated person you should notify to us in writing.

This engagement will start on the return of this signed form.

I have/will read through the terms and conditions for CIS Contracts Ltd. These state yours and our responsibilities in relation to the work to be carried out.

Our fees will be charged in accordance with our standard terms and conditions. Please review these to ensure you understand the basis of our charges and our payment terms.

There are no Third Parties that we have agreed should be entitled to rely on the work done pursuant to this engagement letter.
