Project Q&A Inc. is the leading 501(c)(3) organization working to educate, empower, and raise visibility for the 2.9 million LGBTQ+ individuals who call rural America home. We invite volunteers over 18 to help us build, live, and grow! We offer two types of volunteer opportunities. General volunteers help with events, campaigns, and other details, while our coordinators serve in positions that work to grow the organization. Our coordinators manage our key communication, programs, and outreach. They help us educate rural communities on queer issues. Our coordinators empower queer individuals and our allies to create sustainable change in rural communities, and through everything they do, they raise visibility for the LGBTQIA+ community in parts of our country that is slow towards change.
