Seneca Storytelling Workshop: A Filmmaker’s Lens with Jason Corwin

This workshop invites established and aspiring digital storytellers and media producers from Onondaga Nation, Syracuse University and SUNY ESF into a discussion about the importance of aesthetics and craft in storytelling across media. Dr. Corwin -- filmmaker, Indigenous Studies Professor, and member of the Seneca Nation, Deer Clan -- leads an interactive exploration of the elements of stories that move people to action, with a focus on filmmaking in pursuit of environmental justice.
