1. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense as a result thereof.
2. The Organiser has the right to change any prize without prior notice
3. By providing the information, Participants agreed to receive promotional material by The Organiser. The Organiser shall no disclosed the information provided to third party.
4. Participant(s) agree and acknowledge that all intellectual property rights thereto shall belong to the Organiser.
5. The Organizer reserve the right to vary, modify, and amend any of these terms
6. The Organizer decision on all matters pertaining to The Contest shall be final . No correspondence will be entertained.
7. The Organiser makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the prizes and will not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damage thereto or arising there from.
8. The Organiser reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify anyone deemed to be  acting in breach or potential breach of the Contest Terms and Conditions. No correspondence will be entertained.
9. The Organisers will not be responsible for any liability, mishap, loss, damage suffered for, in any circumstances, by third parties or participants, during and after the prize delivery.
