White Mountain Golf Course
Registration starts at 7 am with shotgun start at 8 am
Community BBQ, raffle drawings, and prize presentations to follow at Wataha Park (Across the street from the golf course) from 12:30 - 3:30 p.m.
**Golfers! Your lunch is provided with registration. Lunch tickets will be in the welcome packets to attend at the Wataha Park at the completion of the tournament.**
Once this form is complete, an invoice will be emailed to the email provided below. This invoice can be paid via credit card however if you prefer to pay by check or cash, please respond back to the email so we can make arrangements. The RSAHA is a 501(c)3 and a donation tax receipt can be emailed if requested.
