Band Parents,

The Band Booster organization works hard to provide the resources needed for the Band program 6th-12th grades.  Our Boosters provide meals for students on trips, instruments for both junior high and high school bands, clinicians for both band programs,  student leadership camp, scholarships, and any additional band trip needs.  This has to be done through fundraising.  Our main fundraising event is the Home Side Concession stand.  We need approximately 14-16 parents working each concession stand.  

When you work, you are also earning money towards your child’s band account. Any money can be used to pay band fees, instrument rental, or band trip costs.  

We have several areas you can sign up for.

We need 3-4 parents to get ice on Friday for the concession stand.  Ice happens at 3:00pm.  You will meet at the Home Concession stand.  This is a separate section from working the concession stand.  We could use some parents with trucks.

Concession stand on Friday. This includes concession and clean-up which doesn’t take very long if everyone helps.  
We are asking parents to work one concession stand. Workers need to be at the concession at 6:15 pm.

We would like your contact information so that we can contact you the week of working to remind you that you signed up to work concession stand.  We will send the information via email, text, and facebook. You may sign more than one person up but please submit another form with that persons information on it and the dates they will be working. No students are allowed to work the concession stand.  All workers need to be 18 years old and up.
