2023 Gross Intrastate Retail Operating Revenue Report Form

Wyoming state statute requires that every public utility and telecommunications company operating in Wyoming file, on or before May 1, 2024 its Gross Intrastate Retail Operating Revenues  for the preceding year. Gross Intrastate Retail Operating Revenues means revenues derived from the provision of telecommunications, gas, electric, water and pipeline service offered for final consumption and not for resale.

The reporting of revenues is not complete until submitted electronically along with the name and title of an authorized officer or agent of the company, which will act as your actual signature and certifies the information you have provided is true and accurate.

Please note: until you receive a confirmation message that your form has been received you have not fulfilled your obligation to report Gross Intrastate Retail Operating Revenues to the Department of Revenue.
