First Lego League Interest
Contact information to connect parents/guardians of Floris' students who would like to participate in this year's First Lego League.

There has been a lot of interest in forming FLL teams within Floris. Please fill out the form if your student is interested in joining a team. Note that the teams need to be run by parent coaches & mentors, so please indicate if you can coach a team as well. Ideally, we need 2 coaches per team. We will help form teams and provide initial coordination and guidance to get started.

FIRST Lego League (FLL) is a STEM based robotics program from FIRST (A non-profit organization that promotes STEM & robotics for youth) and Lego. (www.firstinspires.org)

For elementary students, there are 3 divisions:

1. FLL Discover - a non-competitive division for grades K-1

2. FLL Explore - a non-competitive robotics challenge for ages 6-10/ Grades 2-4.

3. FLL Challenge – a competitive robotics challenge for ages 9-16 / Grades 4-8.
