October is Manufacturing Month in Wisconsin, and the Fort Atkinson Area Chamber of Commerce is celebrating all things manufacturing. Johnson Financial Group is a proud sponsor of Manufacturing Month programming in Fort Atkinson. As part of its workforce development efforts, the Fort Atkinson Chamber is providing tours of Fort Atkinson’s largest employers. The purpose is to inform soon-to-be graduates of the career opportunities at companies in Fort Atkinson and encourage them to apply for available internships, apprenticeships, and job opportunities. 

This year four companies are opening their doors for students to tour on 2 separate days, Tuesday 10/18 and Thursday 10/20. We are offering tours of Top-Con, Ball Corporation, Spacesaver, and Green Bay Packaging. Tours are free to students, each day will be from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and includes lunch and transportation!
