Diversify Whitewater is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based out of Fort Collins with the mission of promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in paddlesports by removing the barriers that exist for Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) and allies in kayaking, canoeing, rafting, and stand-up paddling. Diversify Whitewater was founded in 2020 by two women of color and is currently 100% volunteer-run. We primarily achieve our mission by holding free community paddling events for BIPOC & allies around the country.

We are always looking for administrative volunteers support to keep our organization running smoothly all year long. Volunteer positions include graphic design, website management, social media, fundraising, and event planning.

Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer paid positions, as our organization is 100% volunteer run. We hope to be able to offer paid opportunities in the future.
