Throughout the week we may be taking photos and filming videos to capture Start the Party VBS at Parkway Hills UMC in action. We know that others enjoy seeing what’s happening at VBS, and we also want to capture these memories to remember our time together.

We also recognize the importance of consent! We respect every participant’s decision—children, youth, and adults—about whether they want to be photographed/filmed and whether those images are shared with others. We will only photograph and film those who have consented.

If you provide consent, your appearance in photos and videos may be featured in our church’s publications, websites, social media posts, and other media.

If you have any questions about this form, please contact the VBS director for more information.
