UMBC Health Professions Evaluation Committee Process Current Undergraduate First-time Applicant Interest Form
The deadline for UMBC Current students to express an interest in joining UMBC's Health Professions Evaluation Committee's (HPEC) Fall 2025 Cohort as a FIRST-TIME APPLICANT has passed (February 15, 2024).
Current Students who have missed the deadline to join the HPEC Fall 2025 Cohort and decide to apply to Medical or Dental School during the 2024-2025 Application Cycle without the support of UMBC's Health Professions Evaluation Committee may find that one or more of the Medical or Dental Schools that they have applied to will request that the applicant arrange for documentation from UMBC that explains the reason(s) for the applicant's non-participation in UMBC's HPEC Process. This request is usually made by professional schools during the Secondary Application phase of the process, beginning in late summer.
