Restart: Powered Chromebook off. Left it for 2 minutes. Powered it on.
Hard Restart: Pressed escape and power
Reset: Pressed escape-refresh-power at the same time and worked through the reset process.
Deleted downloads: Deleted everything in Files
Charger troubleshoot: Tried a different charger. Unconnected/reconnected charger connection points
Cleared cache: Cleared cache and cookies for all time
