Please sign up here to get notifications about events in our private practice education series!  We plan on doing approximately one event every month where we do a deep dive into an aspect of running a private practice, and bounce ideas off of each other.  We intend for this to be a helpful series both for those considering opening their own private practice, as well as seasoned private practice physicians looking for new ideas or wanting to learn from their peers or experts in the field.  We hope it'll be a great way to leverage to collective expertise in the group as well as bring in expertise 

Topics we plan to cover include steps to opening a private practice, revenue cycle management, credentialing and contracting, practice expansion, financing, new health tech tools, human resource topics, using practice consultants, benefits packages and retirement options (including things like defined benefit plans), practice real estate, and upcoming policy changes or advocacy efforts.  We're hoping to add to these topics as more questions come up in our discussions!
