Staff Appreciation Week Concert E-Audition Form
Hello!

Please fill up this form if you are interested to perform during the concert portion of SAW, which will be held on 5 September 2019 :D

This year, we'll be having an e-auditions. Please record your performance in the form of a video no longer than 5 minutes and submit the link below. Do take note that the purpose behind why you want to perform during the concert and the story behind your talent will be taken into consideration during the selection process.

We will inform via email if you have been selected to take part in the concert. If you are selected, you will be interviewed and you will be required to attend rehearsals for the concert. For group performance, please fill in the particulars of your group leader.

Here are the rehearsal dates :

Week 9, Monday, 26 August 3.00 - 5.30p.m. (Technical Run)
Week 9, Wednesday 28 August 3.00 - 6.00p.m. (Full Dress Rehearsal)
Week 10, Wednesday 4 September *just in case* (EMERGENCY rehearsal)

Sign ups will close on the 19 August 2019, at 2000h.
